After a few hours sleep I'm back in the office and ready to roll. I have a system with a radeon card that I'll use to test this all out.

I hate to do this to everyone, but it's now 4am by the old scale and I have one issue remaining - the CD is freezing and mis-behaving on the X300 ATI fglrx system I have borrowed.

I am not confident enough to release it just yet. Tomorrow morning I shall aquire another piece of equipment that is known to not freeze, and re-test.

I would hate to release a CD that doesn't work! I hope you understand.

In the mean time, here are some pictures to tide you over :)

Well, Matt and I have made numerous tweaks and alterations to the scripts to fix a few things that weren't working; important things like, after an install it set res to 1024x768 :-0

So, it's almost midnight here. I am building a new CD for final testing. If all goes well I shall release it in a few hours..

A little bit later than my 15 hour estimation, so sorry for the delay delay delay.. is there an echo in here??

Well everything has been going well and I'm slowly re-gaining my sanity! :)

After getting Matt to help me with a fresh brain and pair of eyes, I have an Xgl livecd that appears to be working! Time to finalise a few little things and test!
